Tea helps with bone strength

Researches in Taiwan have found that people who drank an average of two cups of tea a day for at least six years had stronger bones (6.2% higher hipbone density) than non-tea drinkers. Tea contains manganese, which is critical for healthy bone growth and development. The flouride and chemical compounds known as flavonoids contained in tea also help to enhance bone strength.
